HAH - Hot Air Heat Sealing
Hot Air Heat (HAH) technology uses precisely controlled streams of heated air to create continuous, high-integrity welded seams without direct contact between the heating element and the packaging material. Designed for continuous sealing applications, HAH delivers reliable, repeatable performance across a wide range of flexible packaging materials. Furthermore, HAH minimises product contamination and seal defects.
The HAH Sealing Process
During the sealing process, heated air is directed through the sealing head and precisely applied to the weld area. Because heat is transferred by a controlled stream of hot air rather than direct contact with a heated sealing element, consistent energy is delivered exactly where it is required to form a continuous welded seam.
The non-contact sealing process helps minimise marking and contamination of the packaging material while maintaining consistent weld quality throughout continuous production. Optional cooling can be incorporated where required, with every HAH system configured to suit the material, production speed and application.
Available as complete sealing systems or individual components, HAH can be integrated into new machinery or retrofitted to existing production lines, with sealing lengths and operating speeds tailored to individual manufacturing requirements.

Applications and Material Compatibility
HAH sealing technology is designed for continuous flexible packaging applications where reliable, non-contact heat sealing is required.
