Ceetak EU B.V. is delighted to announce the successful asset purchase of the Sealing Division of Profiltra B.V., effective 17 July 2025. This strategic transaction represents an important milestone in Ceetak’s continued growth and strengthens its position as a leading provider of Sealing Solutions across Europe.
For over 60 years, Profiltra’s Sealing Division, based in Almere, Netherlands, has been a trusted Official Distributor of Parker Seals across the Benelux region. With this transaction, Parker assigns the Official Distributorship to Ceetak EU B.V. for the Benelux region, ensuring continuity of supply and service for customers.
The Profiltra Sealing Division serves a broad range of industries, within challenging applications, with high quality sealing products.
Customers will be serviced from Ceetak’s European Warehouse facility in Elst, Netherlands to enhance operational efficiency.
Customers of the Sealing Division can expect continuity of service, access to a high level of technical support, and even greater availability of advanced sealing technologies.
